  1. Descr:     JPEG-4a is used for compressing and decompressing colour and

  5. images.

  7. This is jpeg-4a which was compiled on an A4000/40-24 16Mb. To install the
  8. package untar it in the /usr/local/ directory, cd to jpeg-4a/install and
  9. run the install script. The install script will create links in the
  10. /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/man/man1 directory to the package binaries
  11. and man-pages.
